Please be conscious + respectful of our salon guidelines. After all, we want to keep you good-looking, and do so in a pleasant atmosphere.

Appointments

As a courtesy, we will send a text message, email or voice confirmation before any scheduled service. If we don’t hear back, one of our guest service specialists will give you a shout two days before your service, just as a friendly reminder.

Time

Your beauty is a priority. Do your best to arrive on time, so we can prepare for your experience accordingly. If you’re running late, that’s okay. Kindly make us aware. However, if your expected arrival time might compromise your service, or if you are more than 30 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule. Our top priority is rendering services you can’t experience elsewhere, and that takes proper time and attention.

Cancellations  |  No Shows

We hope this never happens, but, as we’ve mentioned, our time spent with you (and preparing for your visit) is carefully curated. If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, or should a no show occur on more than one occasion, booking privileges will be suspended. Prepayment will be required.

Product Return

If you’re displeased, we’re happy to return or exchange lightly used Redken and Pureology products purchased from the salon. We’ll help you find something you can’t get enough of.

All tools can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We offer a one-year warranty on any tool. Note: Manufacturer warranties should be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Conveniently, we supply a variety of samples of our make up and skincare products. Let us know what products you’re pondering, and we’ll create a sample. Make up and skincare sales are final.

Children

Please be mindful of your children, and encourage their good nature. Many drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals. We don’t want to see anyone hurt, or crying. The salon is a retreat. We appreciate your attentiveness.

Gratuity is left to your discretion, and can be accepted on any form of payment. It’s always much appreciated.

Yes! Share the love. Gift cards can be purchased in-store + online, and never expire. Learn more.

Wifi

It’d be our suggestion to totally disconnect during your service, but we of course offer complimentary wifi.

Weddings

We’ll ask a deposit percentage to book a wedding party. It is refundable, up to one week before the scheduled date of services.
