Ashley would love to spend every day working on blondes, but in reality, she’d miss dipping her feet into a little bit of everything – highlights, dimension, cutting, balayage – you name it.

But what she loves most about her work is that every day is new. Getting to know her guests, their stories, their travels, and making them look and feel fab never gets boring.

It makes sense. She is engaging, well-traveled and as easy going as they come. That she genuinely cares about her guests, their hair and her coworkers is an understatement.

While she’s a self-proclaimed homebody who jumps at the opportunity to soak in an agenda-free day, she’s also an avid traveler who appreciates an off-grid camping trip when time permits. Up next? She has her sights set on international adventures when she can steal away the vacay.

We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention what was likely her first love, and still an extension of who she is today: music. That, and the fact that it’s no secret, she’d replace her entire food pyramid with chocolate and candy if she could get away with it.

Cassie’s gorgeous and infectious smile is as genuine and inviting as they come, and it’s certainly not the only thing she has going for her. Expect to be pampered, get dolled-up and to receive a personalized experience when you’re in her chair.

She began cultivating her passion for being a stylist as a little girl, practicing on Barbie dolls. From classic cutting to curating customized experiences (and don’t forget every perfectly painted balayage in between!), Cassie works with calculated precision to leave your hair feeling fresh, revived and gorgeous after every visit. She lives for bringing that sparkle to her guests’ eyes.

She’s everything one could dream of in a stylist: chic but sassy, and while pack a surprisingly delightful punch when it comes to her craft. Did we mention she holds her high school’s record for the fastest pin on the wrestling team? Outside of work, you can find her adventuring anywhere outdoors, soaking up every last sunray, boating and spending as much time as possible with her son and family.

Come to think of it, what’s not to smile about?

If you’ve found your way into Eric’s chair, consider yourself lucky.

There is something truly magical about his spirit that emanates these perpetually youthful yet deeply mature, knowing and wise vibes. I mean, come on, how could anyone resist that?

His background in public relations brings a unique perspective to the industry, and it totally reflects in his work. From free and organic styles to meticulous and structured cuts, he deeply reveres the art and skilled discipline it takes to pick up hair and know exactly what it’s going to do when he starts working his magic.

As a self-professed wine connoisseur, on any given day you might find him kicked back with his husband and pups, a delectable glass of the driest white in hand, binge-watching a show or devouring a new novel. However, if it’s in the summertime, you’re more likely to find him cruising around in his jeep. He loves traveling and getting lost in time with the top-down, pups and husband still right by his side.

A confident stylist who understands cutting principles and delivers the freshest styles and latest trends, every time? Um, yes, please!

One of the most admirable characteristics in Kabrea is her drive and work ethic. She combined her passion for making others feel beautiful and her love for dressing up, playing with makeup and hair into a career in cosmetology. She’s lived in different cities, worked other careers, but nothing else has ever made her feel quite as at home as being a cosmetologist.

When it comes to hair, a good “project” really gets her adrenaline and creative juices flowing. She appreciates a challenge; anything out of the ordinary that involves art, skill, efficiency – or an unusual request one wouldn’t see every day.

She’s a perfectionist, but is mastering the art of pulling off a finished look while intimately distributing her time and energy to her clients.

Anyone who knows her would agree she’s a neat-freak, however, she feeds her spontaneity by wandering and playing outdoors, attending a good basketball game (GO UK!) and taking impromptu drives with no destination. We can’t complain she ended up here – and we don’t think you will either.

There is an aura of mystery to Alison; a quiet kind of wisdom and soul older than her age festering just beneath the surface.

Her deep appreciation and passion for creating has always been stimulated in painting, crocheting and other crafts, so it comes as no surprise that she naturally gravitated to a career involving hair and makeup.

While seemingly quiet and sometimes reserved, a brief conversation with her sheds light on some of the mystery about her: she’s the total package – from all things skincare and makeup and killer, edgy haircuts and colors to chic and classic styles – you won’t regret ending up in her chair.

She spends her free time pursuing her creative side painting or crocheting, or outdoors with her dogs, listening to music, shopping and absorbing as much new information to master her craft as she can!

We’re here to tell ya, if you end up in Montana’s chair, you’re in the right place.

She does knockout hair, crafting those specialty, low maintenance, but beautifully organic natural looks that create a unique style for each of her guests. However, up-dos were (and remain) her first love.

She’s a sucker for big transformations, and tries to have fun with them – creating a “big reveal” moment for her clients. But what she really loves about them, is how they make her guest feel happy with their hair again. It’s the most wonderful feeling for her, and why she got in the industry.

Her idea of relaxation includes playing video games, eating snacks, building legos and binging on taco bell.

Montana’s dream is to become a Redken Artist. Building up other stylists, teaching, sharing techniques and helping and coaching are her short, and long-term goals.

Be ready to bond, maybe even receive a little hair and color theory 101 and most importantly – leave with killer hair.

One of the first things you’ll notice about Kylee is her happy-go-lucky demeanor. Seriously. She is one of the most positive people we’ve ever met, and we have a hard time not loving her.

Her approach to doing hair is parallel to her perspective on life: It’s all about being positive, and happy. She believes if someone is having a bad day, a stylist can change that for them by changing the way they look. Good vibes, feeling good and making others feel just as good about themselves is what makes her world go round.

Aside from that, she’s family-oriented. She still sleeps with her baby blanket, which is lovingly named Tiki. However, being a hair stylist is a far cry from the family business: her father is a grave digger, and her mom acts as the secretary. She gushes about the support and love she receives from her family, their bond and how fortunate she is.

Most things for Kylee can be solved with a positive perspective. It’s as simple as this:

Why wake up thinking you’re gonna have a bad day? You don’t know that. You never know what the day has to offer.

A little confidence goes a long way.

Kelsey can’t say enough about the salon. She gushes about her love for her Shannon Aleksandr’s family and the support she receives from everyone. The help she receives from her coworkers builds her up, and inspires her to challenge herself to get out of her comfort zone. She openly welcomes growth and education.

She lives for creating baylayage, lived-in looks, that last and make her guests’ lives easier – and beautiful.

Kelsey is always up for an adventure, no matter how small – from staying out late, traveling the world, being outdoors, tubing, jet-skiing and eating banana splits – nothing is really off limits.

Her boxer, Daisy, is close to her heart, and she shamelessly enjoys binge watching series on Netflix, start to finish, her makeup and her phone. Don’t we all?

We’d say she’s not your average millennial. She’s inherited a solid work ethic, passed on by her mama. They share a mindset a lot of us could not only learn from, but live by:

Go in early. Stay late. Go the extra mile. Make it happen. Everything pays off in the end, and balance is key. And that’s what she brings to the table, every day.

Racheal’s internal “ahhh-tist” has a devout love for color and hand-eye techniques. She can’t deny it. Color. Color. Color.

BUT.

For her, the foundation of cosmetology is a great haircut. She’d personally be more flattered to be known as a great hair cutter, than a great colorist.

Well, we say she’s both. How’s that for flattery? Craftsmanship isn’t lost on her, and she is consistently evolving her own craft: as an educator, a colorist and a hair cutter. Word to the wise: she specializes in short cuts, particularly for women.

Let your hair down. She invites an open line of communication into what you love about your look, where she can improve and she’s always eager to shake things up.

She thrives on the stimulation in human relationships; all things sensory and strives to help people genuinely see themselves as purely as she sees them: beautiful souls.

She’s a free spirit and a deep lover: of her family unit, books, words, wisdom, day drinking and driving in her car with the windows down and the music loud. And please don’t ever forget the bourbon or fried chicken.

A cup of coffee and peace and quiet is how she starts every morning, and is quite possibly where all that radiating positive energy comes from. It’s charmingly infectious. You’ll see.

A chunk of happiness. A ton of soul. And all things content, inside + out. We’re pretty sure her professional and personal life approach is to throw that stuff around like confetti.

And who would deny an open invitation to that kind of party?

Jill first began working at SAS in 2007, but then moved to Milwaukee with her boyfriend. She worked as a stylist in Wisconsin as well, but family and a love for Evansville brought them back after only a few short years. When she returned, she made her way back to her SAS family. Her strong suit is being a good listener, and she considers herself a significant confidant amongst her coworkers.

Her greatest joy in being a stylist is in making her guests happy and seeing her work make them smile. Her favorite hairstyle is a classic bob, saying it makes people timelessly beautiful.

She goes fishing four times a week. There is an interesting peace and tranquility found in sitting on the water and in nature for a few hours. She loves getting away and the chance to recharge in nature.

Aside from fishing, she adores her two dogs and spending as much time with them as possible. She’s also a huge fan of her boyfriend, Dan, who writes music for documentaries.

One thing to note: When she first moved to Milwaukee, she worked at an Aveda salon for one month. After a month, she left to begin working at another Redken Elite Salon. She truly believes in the Redken system, and says it offers more education than any other product line. We’d say she’s right at home nowadays.
