Not even a year later, she knew she belonged on the other side of that desk. When she went to school to get her license, fate stepped in again. While touring the salon, she fell in love and knew again it was where she belonged.
And that’s exactly where you’ll find her, behind the chair, in her element. As a stylist, she thrives on variety from cuts to coloring, with an affinity for creating the perfect blonde. There's something almost therapeutic about her foiling process - a creative rhythm she falls into while transforming your hair.
Carli’s practical, organized, and level-headed approach to hair goals tends to leave her guests with an air of hair confidence. That’s because Carli cares deeply and invests in her guests, educating her guests about what's achievable in a single hair appointment (and when to buckle up for a “hair journey”), ensuring expectations align with what's possible for every guest’s hair - when given the right amount of time and TLC.
When not perfecting your hair, she keeps busy being a dog mom and planning her wedding. She and her beau are big fans of cozy dinners and movie nights in. And for the record, there is no skipping dessert in this family! Is this not all of us? A family girl at heart, you'll still find her at her parent's house for family dinner a couple of times a week, with Carli crossing her fingers that her mom’s chicken pot pie is on the menu.
