To say Chad keeps the wheels turning at Shannon Aleksandr's may still be an understatement.
As President and Majority Partner, Chad leads the overall vision and direction of the salon while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day—from big-picture strategy to the smallest details (and yes, occasionally even the plumbing). With a degree from the University of Evansville and a passion for business, he oversees operations, team development, financial planning, and the continued growth of the brand alongside his partners.
Chad's leadership is rooted in one core belief: take care of your people, and everything else follows. He is deeply committed to building a strong, respectful, and thriving team—championing the industry and the level of professionalism it deserves. His ability to anticipate needs and connect with both guests and team members has helped shape the culture Shannon Aleksandr's is known for today.
Nearly two decades in, his approach remains the same—intentional, detail-driven, and always all in.
Outside of the salon, Chad enjoys time at home downtown with his partner Eric, a stylist on the team, and their two dogs, Jett and Hoppy. Whether traveling for a favorite artist, hosting friends, or working on his next hands-on project, he's always moving, creating, or planning what's next—usually with a sense of humor that keeps things just a little more interesting.
